Shipping policy
Delivery service is done by DHL worldwide. For purchases over €250,00 delivery is free of charge
- Transit time: This implies the time period the shipping is carried out from the sender to the recipient and it is expressed exclusively on weekdays Mon-Fri.
- Goods in Transit Insurance: DHL offers both transport liability and warranty of goods for domestic and international transport.
- For purchases up to €250,00 within the EU delivery is €20,00
- For purchases up to €250,00 outside EU delivery is €30,00
- Standard shipping is free on all orders within Bosnia and Hercegovina
Order confirmation
After the order is placed the item will be shipped within 2 working days. A confirmation e-mail will be sent right after you purchase the item. If you wish to select an alternative shipping method instead of DHL, please contact us via e-mail address: shop@belmatvico.com
