Catrinel Marlon at the Venice Film Festival wearing Belma Tvico

By: Belma Tvico | September 4, 2019

Catrinel Marlon, an Italian-Romanian actress and a model, is one of the most intriguing and most beautiful actresses of today. Inspired by all aspects of creation and by the world that surrounds her, she recently developed a harmonious connection with Sarajevo-based fashion designer Belma Tvico. For the past couple of months she has been seen wearing Tvico’s design in the Chopard haute joaillerie video, at the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival, while attending the amfAR gala, at the Sardinia Film Festival, and most recently during the 76th Venice International Festival where she was promoting her new movie called “The Whistlers” in which she stunningly portrays the role of Gilda.

At the red carpet of the 76th Venice International Film Festival, and afterwards at the party hosted in honor of the premiere of the documentary “Unposted”that follows the life of the Italian influencer Chiara Ferragni, Marlon opted for a layered silk dress in pastel hues from Belma Tvico’s “Strata”collection for Spring/Summer 2019. A feminine and sophisticated ensemble granted Marlon the attention of local and international press, as well as of the attendees. Two days later, at the premiere of the movie “Waiting for the Barbarians”, starring Johnny Depp, Marlon opted for a two-piece ensemble designed by Tvico, this time a glamorous black suit with accentuated décolletage.

Catrinel Marlon has slowly become one of the house ambassadors of Belma Tvico brand, often wearing her design even outside the spotlight. She has attended the festival in Venice with her husband Massimiliano di Ludovico, a famed Italian film producer.
